We had an employee sue us for use of his personal phone while on company time, using the easy logger reports we were able to show we issued him a company phone and he chose to not to use.
Finding EasyLogger was great for our delivery business! It simply tells our staff where their 30 drivers are at all times and have been. The reports of the texts and calls is very helpful to make sure our staff is providing great customer service. My kids go school through not so nice streets, logger tells me where they are at all times so I can rest easy. This little software may have saved our relationship. Now that she knows I know she does go to the gym: Best part is the cloud console that can change configuration without access to the phone.
