The rates are incredible and the service is good but not great. The only call center that you can call is in the Philippines. So you end up talking to someone that English is a second language that you cant understand and to top it off, they read from a transcript. Even the store employees complained that they have to call the call center to get anything done, and the customer service agents are difficult to understand and lack the information that a agent would have being in the states.
