Please note that messages are only saved here for 24 hours. My incoming calls are diverted to my mobile and I missed the sms call coming in - it didn't leave a voicemail on my mobile phone service.
Plusnet Landline Text Message Issues
I can't call the sms service from my mobile to get my landline message as it's not the same number. Surely there must be a way of getting my message - in this day and age why can't sms messages to landlines be held online as well so I can access them by logging in to my account.

Your phone will alert you when a text message arrives. If you don't subscribe to BT's Caller Display service, this will be delivered as a voice message.
BT - How do I send, receive and pick up messages using BT Text?
Just dial Text store to listen to the spoken text messages. Please remember that we can only save messages here for 24 hours. If you want to be in complete control and save spoken text messages, it may be worth getting an answer phone or the free BT Answer service.
