There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later. Completely disappointed in these. Install was easy, app sucks always crashes. Cameras always lose picture. I had two cameras stop working and spent over an hour on the phone with customer service. They were supposed to send me boxes to return the cameras Complete junk and useless. If I can still return them I'm gonna do it right now. One person found this helpful. Worked for about 6 months before it stopped working.
Warranty & Support
Unfortunately it stopped working several months after Amazon's return policy or I would have sent it back for a refund. Called Funlux's tech support only to be placed on hold for over an hour - not a toll free number either. The automated system told me I was the second customer in line to be helped.
I finally just gave up and hung up.
Fortunately recycling of electronics is free so I won't have to spend another dime dumping this piece of junk. Probably the most disappointed I have been with Amazon selling this junk. I bought this system in November of and it worked great until this last week. Meshare tells me all 4 cameras are offline and in spite of taking everything offline, restarting, etc.

The Meshare instructions are very limited and there isn't any place to request information regarding my problem. Overall, it worked very well, just not very long. Very easy to install! The camera images are very clear and the wireless range is wider than I expected. Customer service is also very helpful and patient for someone who isn't very technically inclined like me. The only downside is that the software seems a little dated.
However, all of the security cameras I have research are this way. The app is also easy to use. I was able to view my cameras in Arkansas from Costa Rica! The only positive point is that the cameras are wireless. This blog post does come with a caveat: That might take about 30 minutes. But, after the half hour is up, you can get to work on your OAC instance, which will be covered in my next blog post. First things first — I always like to see everything, so be sure to customize your dashboard as shown in the previous Two Minute Tutorial.

If you select a bigger size, you are less likely to get issues.
